If I could leave zero stars i would. They show up way late. They send one person to deliver furniture and expect there customers to help load into their houses. They lie about their services. Will never go back and will never recommend.

I will never be using rent a center again, one of the workers told an ex roommate they wouldn’t get her couch from my house because I told them “I’d call the law if they showed up on my property” which isn’t not true what’s so ever I’ve been telling them to come get this stupid couch for weeks, also the couch ripped and the “insurance” will not cover it, it ripped IN THE WASHER AND DRYER FROM RENT A CENTER, the insurance is a joke, read the coverages before getting it. They refuse to come get the couch, and now I’m stuck with a couch that isn’t mine, and rent a center is telling me I NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT, when it is not my couch, I’m not on any of the paperwork for the couch nor is it mine it was abandoned at my house. This place is a joke

They were pretty good at first ! We got a nice bed and a laptop from them but recently they kept telling us wrong payment dates , then we had an employee change our payments to every month instead of every two months for No reason and we paid it no problem, then three months later we had someone call and say we had to go back to every two week payments and we’re getting mad at us when we told them we weren’t the ones who suggested we change it . We would call to make payments and we were told we were all paid off and we didn’t have to worry about it till the next date , then a week later someone else calls and said we owe money . They don’t communicate very well and they mess up payments and payment dates , it’s getting to the point I have to record our conversations so we don’t get into trouble . We tried to pay early and I called them and they never picked up , and then after the weekend I had someone call getting very upset with me because I had not made a payment yet and that I couldn’t come in or anything cause I had an emergency with My baby and we had to go the hospital in Spokane . We have tried to make payments on time but within less than a year our payments keep getting changed without us being notified and the payment dates keep getting messed up. Or we get told we were all good on payments and we don’t need to pay then it turns out that’s that the case . Very unprofessional and confusing

Yesenia at the hermiston rent a center is THE BEST!!! Sometimes as a single mom, I can't pay full price and need to be able to make payments. Yesenia has gone far beyond in helping me find the things I need and is always super kind and accommodating!! I will continue to use this store because of the excellent customer service she provides!!!
