I absolutely love this store... The customer service is top notch, they work really hard on getting the payment that you want and can afford. Jonathan and Denise are absolutely amazing... If they don't have exactly what you're looking for they will find it... I recommend this Aarons to everybody, they make you feel at home the minute you walk in the door.
I am currently buying stuff from them fell on some hard times got behind all my payments and they are such good people. They are working with me trying to get me caught up. They are extremely nice, polite and helpful. Almost to the point why I’m like can you guys be a little mean to me make me feel better for when you guys so much money But seriously John Jeremy Denise great wonderful people More people like this need to work in customer service
This business had myself and my family sucked in since they opened in Grants Pass. We have had nothing but amazing customer service till this year. A new manager takes over and he’s a real nasty person and I don’t recommend doing business here. I went inside the store to pay the bill and he literally yelled because I got behind I am there to pay the bill. I refuse to go in the store so I pay over the phone to any associates that’s not him, I got him and screamed at me over the phone and the recently one is when I’m again called I wanted to speak to someone other than him so instead of getting someone he hung up. Same thing happens to my mom
The people are super nice and their finance options make buying furniture and appliances very doable if you need to do payments. The quality of their items seems great, but the price definitely reflects that. For some that could be a good thing but for something we just sit on it did not need to cost that much. We did not end up purchasing anything at this store because we found similar things in other places for a much lower price. For anyone out there looking for a literal fuzzy couch, check here. It's a little over $3k, but it's fuzzy like they sewed it up with a fluffy blanket. Super soft and warm! Happy Lounging!
