The only thing I would ever recommend buying from here is a new couch. Do not buy a washer or dryer. I’ve had nothing but problems with both washer and dryer and I’m done. The dryer almost caught my clothes on fire. A small load of clothes! You can take both back and give me the money I have already spent trying to pay them off back! If this dryer caught fire I would have lost everything I spent years working trying to afford and buy. Including my child’s things.

Awesome Customer services at the Bend Ore Store and amazing Services. Jared and Celeb and Employees at the Bend Store are amazing. Dont have any problems with the Bend store.

Caleb was a true professional and was able to get me a reclining chair after my surgery the same day i called...not only that, i got it delivered at 8pm on a Friday night...great service!

My daughter got a couch set two tvs and a washer dryer set and it’s been the worst tv was broken first dryer was broken by delivery men second dryer also broken by delivery men wrong tv sent to replace the first one that they broke in delivery if it wasn’t for April in the bend store I would have just taken every damn thing back but she is amazing and has fantastic customer service !!!

My Husband and I have done business with our local Aaron’s for a while now. The customer service has always been so amazing! But today I want to acknowledge Joey! He was so professional and helpful, and even unhooked and moved our old washer with a blink! I’m in the customer service industry, and Samantha, he’s an awesome asset to your team!

We have been with Aaron's for a very long time and will continue to come back. From the great selection of merchandise to the great delivery guys to the awesome customer service (it's wonderful to be greeted by name when you walk in)! The GM Samantha has been extremely helpful and professional each and every time we have gone in. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Aaron's of Bend is the best!

My experience with Aaron's only went on as far as the minimum requirement after signing the contract to rent with them. There were numerous issues that occurred over the course of that 6 months. 1) Let's start with my original product. It was delivered with a defect that was not there in the store. With the insurance I paid for I had them come pick it up for repair. They brought out a "loaner" that was defective and missing parts to it. It took them over a month to even get it looked at only to discover that there was no fixing the problem. They eventually sent out a new item of similar, but not equal quality as the original item. The monthly payment remained the same even though the product quality was less because of the original contract signed. 2) The terms of the contract are not made clear in the haste of moving on to the next customer (I am as responsible for that as they are). But after paying my payments on time there was a loophole that they stood by which resulted in them charging me fees that should not have been assessed. I disputed the fees with no avail. The end result being that I paid the fees and asked them to get the product as to not have a repeat or new issue arise that would result in more fees or an even lesser product quality again. My experience has been one of the worst I have ever had with relation to paying for an item. I will not only find an alternative to Aarons in the future, but I will strongly advise anyone that ask to search for other options that them when looking to buy and item.
