Tried to deliver the furniture at the wrong time and one of the reclining chairs on the love seats frame is bent so it doesn't even function. 20 plus years as a customer to be treated like crap from new management is ridiculous. Wouldn't even let me get everything i needed even though I have never been late or had any issues paying of thousands of dollars worth of electronics and furniture. Hell I normally pay it off within 6 months. Absolutely horrible and once I return the broken furniture I will not be back. Do better rent a center i was a loyal customer

I don't understand how a work environment is allowed to bring a baby in there all the time and can't deal with its customers. Went in there 2 different times and couldn't get help because of this. Can't believe this so called manger is still in this building, being rude and nasty and feeling up his employee while there is customers in the building. The poor girl looks scared. When is something going to be done about this!!!!!

Kayleigh is absolutely wonderful and amazing!!! She has went way above and beyond anyone I've ever met! I love her and this rent a center never will I go anywhere else.
