Larry and the rest of the staff have always went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. Other rental places have been very impatient and even rude but these guys are truly awesome. They have worked with me with my pay schedule and even late payments. Never rude never intimidating. Very happy with there customer service. Thanks Aaron's staff.

Whatever you do don’t have the place you rented get rented to someone else while you’re putting $600 on stuff, then have the NERVE to expect them to practice good customer service and refund you for the stuff you will not need while you are living in your pickup. Still waiting for the refund and I guess scared the poor manger cause not allowed on the property. Called corporate to be to told had to go theough the store. Biggest rip off in the rental industry and zero customer service.

I just want to say that I bought a washer and dryer from here and haven't had them a year and the washer is already making loud noises. I paid same as cash on both within the timeframe I was supposed to in order to achieve good credit with them and when I called and brought the washer issue to their attention they told me my model had some type of recall on it they hadn't known about and that they could start me off with a new one! Like sure after I already paid almost $500 for this one and it's already messed up?? I will not go back. Thanks for not checking the merchandise before selling!

They are a joke I bought a sectional from them the price was $1800 after me buying it. The total price that I paid was $3600. They call you constantly even after you’ve already talked to someone there. They said that they would not rent to me because I’ve had too many returns and I’ve only returned two things in the last 10 years if that. I go through affirm and they give you really great payment options and their interest rates are very low, so why would I go and rent from somewhere who charges you double for their products?
