Wasn't asked about the optional benefits plus package and it was app app without mu knowledge or agreement. A $15 a month upcharge. Also the currently have a deal to start a new agreement for $10 which wasn't offered or applied. Instead I was charged $58. And to top it off the online inquiry form for you to be able to reach them via online (outside of operation hours etc) doesn't work. It gets stuck on "pick your store" so you can't send your message. Even tho I have the store selected. You'd think for such a big company they would have an operational web page and wouldn't have to resort to the extra hidden snuck in fees. Disappointed ☹️
