In the beginning it was great, but over time very sketchy from not being able to make payments over the phone to being able to make payments over the phone and not being able to find the payments to using two different systems for accepting payments. Then the main person before Morgan who was taking payments got fired, then I was making payments through Morgan and then she was fired. We had bought a set from the clearance room for $600 and even paid $300 cash, but someone was pocketing the payments, bc no many how many times we paid, it felt like endless payments and we only owed $300, but something is SHADY HERE and I will NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE OR BUY ANYTHING MORE FROM THEM EVER AGAIN! R U N >>> Go buy something and pay for it. The hassle alone is not worth it!

Danny is always kind, patient, and understanding with me. Actually, every staff member I have talked to gives the same great customer service! As long as your honest and stay in contact them they will work with you. My sofa has a few payments left, and the quality has remained the same.. despite my toddler eating and jumping on it. The cushions and pillows are still plump unlike some sofas.. I Very glad I chose Aaron's for my very own personally owned piece of furniture and a way too boost my credit score. If I ever decide to rent something else I will only go here. My entire experience has been good so I won't chance anywhere else

My wife went in on black Friday to get me a ps5 for my birthday they sold her a preleased one. They assured her that they have went over it and made sure it was in good working condition. But upon bringing it home it has had problems since the first time I plugged it in. First It wouldn't shut off at all and now it has froze and won't let me restart or shut it off. It has also popped up an error message saying there is a problem with the system software. Something that should have been checked before reselling it. I feel like when we're still paying more than it would cost to buy a brand new console that your company should definitely make sure there's nothing wrong with it before selling it to anyone else. Very disappointed.

These people are the worst with the expectation of David the manager! I would never recommend anyone doing business with these people. Dani is the worst person I have ever encountered. She’s very rude, and treats customers very poorly. If I couldn’t afford to keep any furniture I would have them come pick anything up the only thing that I had left was my daughter’s mattress. God forbid I couldn’t make a payment these people would non stop come to my house unannounced pounding on my door mind you it’s just me and six year old child which I might mention suffers from autism and it got to the point where I’ve had enough with these people. When I called the store to speak to David about the mattress, Ms.Dani told me that I can’t speak to David and that’s not how it works well I don’t want to speak to anyone but the manager and I lost it. They need to do better at this point instead of being rude if you can’t god forbid make a payment. Showing up to peoples house and banging on doors and being rude to customers is very unprofessional and unacceptable period!

About a month ago we went in looking for a bed. I believe it’s Dave and Dani ( or D&D) what I called them. They were so helpful and friendly and funny! And we’ve done business with that store for years and that’s the most comfortable I’ve felt there! We told them what we were looking for and our price range and they just were so helpful! And OMG we Love our new bed!! So comfortable it’s amazing, haven’t had such a good nights sleep like that in years!! Thank you so much for! Rodney & Angel Watson.
