This place sucks and is a scam, they get you approved and then have you waste your time coming in there to fill out paperwork, then they want your money and then they tell you that you can't get your item you wanted. Lost a good customer.

I have purchased and paid off 2 sectionals at this location. Both times I’ve used this location I’ve had a great experience. I’ve also recommended this location to many people. I tried to purchase a 3rd sectional through this location and was told to call the Ravenna store because they are the store that services my location. I’ve purchased from this location at my current address (12 minutes from the store) in the past so I’m not sure why. It’s unfortunate that this location doesn’t care to keep their loyal customers.

Ric is great to work with. I'm not new to RAC, but when I relocated and had an issue with my old store, Ric was happy to take my account and continue working with me. He paid close attention to what products we were looking for and got exactly what we needed.

I have used Rent A Center for almost 40 yrs off and on. They are especially great with the 6 months same as cash for competitive prices. Always pleasant knowledgeable and easy to work with. Whether you rent to own or rent to get you started you can't go wrong

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and will help you find the items you need at the right price and plan. They are easy to work with and will take the time you need to help you and I highly recommend going here before making a major purchase as they have high quality items at a great price. They also have a wider range of products and services than I ever expected and can order many items for you even if they don't have it at their location, and they work with partner companies so don't forget to check there for your household and automotive needs before you spend a fortune elsewhere. They are trustworthy and will be in your corner when you need them. Highly recommend.

This store is fantastic. They are a blessing. I was at a low. My bills were putting me in a rabbits hole but my mom always said when you think you can’t go in, your breakthrough will come. It came through the store in Akron. They are a fantastic group of people who ALWAYS worked with me…they are my family.
