They delievered our tv, tv stand, and recliner today. They were very professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend using them.

Delivery guys Seth, Hunter, and Mike have been absolutely AMAZING every single time they have had to come to my home! But for the store itself the employees are awful. In September we got a sectional waited 4 weeks because it had to be ordered and the day after we received it the stitching started coming undone. Took me weeks to get them to replace it and when they finally did the recliner part of the sectional was missing multiple screws and was broken; the top leaned one way and the bottom the other. I called every single day for a week getting the run around about who I needed to talk to before I finally gave up and went into the store. When I went into the store the sales manager Kayla who I was told I needed to talk to couldn't even look up from her phone led alone speak to me to try to make things right. The sales guy I cannot remember his name told me they just so happened to have the same couch I had brand new on the floor. When we walked over to it he sat on it and my son's hotwheels car fell out. They half ass fixed the stitching and put it back on the floor. I then agreed to swap out my sectional for a couch and recliner set they had on the floor. Upon receiving that both reclining parts of the couch were so broken that the paint was rubbing off of the metal. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The only thing they have going for them is their delivery guys.

Been a customer for years love these guys over here. All the way from the sales team, To the management to Hunter and Mike Who delivered my new dryer today. Always a great experience and these guys always take care of their customers!!

This decision of getting a chase was one of the best decisions I've made. Add lights and it became my happy place. Adding a recliner to the set within the week. Just got the amazing recliner!! Mike and Seth u guys rock!! Thank you so much!!
