Its not the employees fault, but I bought a TV Stand that has a fire place insert thinking it was fairly priced. Long story short im paying 1600.00$ for the exact same stand and fireplace across the street at Walmart priced at 187.00$. After seeing that I will be bringing it back and simply buying my own. Watch what you get. They could have it marked up 1000% This place should be illegal. No wonder people are so broke these days, Theyre legally robbed every week by corporations like this. I've used them for 10 years and never seen a mark up this bad.

Always have had great experiences here! Recently my son was in a accident and needed a bigger bed to handle his equipment. I called Aarons THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING and explained the situation and that we was in a hospital over a hour away and in order for him to come home we needed everything in place that day and we needed something affordable. She picked out a bed and explained all the payments and everything very well, and then managed to squeeze us into the schedule. Even though I wasn't able to get home till after closing time the manager and the delivery guys made it happen! I pulled in home close to 6 pm and they was already there waiting, they got everything set up quickly and patiently and even turned down my offer for a tip for staying after hours. We appreciated this so much and they made it possible for my family to be together for the holidays. Thank you!

I live on a fixed income and it’s hard to get credit when you only make so much. Our tv (I thought it was big, but my husband thought it would be easier to see a bigger screen so I went and looked at what Aaron’s had. I took pictures of several tvs and he picked the one he liked. I took the VIP membership for $10 a month. I am renting a dresser now, so I kept the membership, just in case. Well our TV went recently and because I kept that VIP service, they picked it up! It couldn’t be fixed and we now have a new television. I only rent what I can spare, but I will ALWAYS keep that membership. Frankie is the manager and goes above and beyond to keep the customers satisfied.

I am in a wheelchair and have been waiting 3 weeks for someone to come out to put a new pump on my washer. They no the problem keep wanting to set me up with a full size washer that I can not use. I can not keep going to the laundry mat because I don't have the money to do it I just want my washer fixed

I have been a customer for many years! Have bought everything from appliances to electronics and living room furniture. They are always gracious and considerate. The products are extremely nice and fairly priced for payments. Paul is an exceptional manager and has a wonderful staff under him, so glad they are my nearest store. They have always worked with me on payments as long as I've communicated with them in advance. Couldn't ask for anything more.
