Awesome place! Even let me borrow in stock furniture while I waited for my permanent furniture to come in so I didn’t go without!
I usually don’t write reviews but I’m disturbed and disgusted. I had needed a new mattress rather quickly and my fiancé had contacted them and they were able to help pretty quickly. We were told it was a new mattress and the bed frame as well (not that it was new but it was added as well) He had said he just took the mattress out of plastic to deliver it. He delivered the mattress and it was covered in so many stains and it smelt like cigarettes. But it was “brand new”, they were willing to charge us double the price for a mattress that was used. The bed frame was broke, they never told us that. It was half of a bed frame and half of another. He had immediately told them to come pick it back up. It’s very unprofessional and disgusting to be treated this way and lied to. I know I will not be going back.
Absolutely the best rental place I’ve ever had the opportunity to rent from. Sabrina is my account manager and she is literally the best at what she does. She’s kind, compassionate, and she genuinely cares about people. She’s went out of her way to help on more than one occasion, and I’m grateful to have her handling my account.
Very disappointed in my experience so far. What started out as a great experience yesterday quickly soured this afternoon. Had a washer and dryer set delivered by Alex and Dan yesterday. Setup went fairly well even though I had to wait 2.5 hours for them to come back with a longer cord for the dryer rather than just swapping the dryer door around like I suggested. Everything was working fine until around 2:30 PM today. I went to check on the load that I had in the washer at that time to discover that the drain hose had dislodged from the drain pipe and emptied the water from the wash and rinse cycle all over my floor! I’ve spent the last hour sucking up water with a carpet cleaner (I’ve emptied the bucket 10 times now) and there’s still more to do. I have standing water under the washer and dryer as well as my refrigerator and dishwasher that I can’t get to for clean up. Not to mention the BIRTHDAY GIFTS for my GRANDCHILDREN that have been ruined now because of the carelessness shown yesterday. The picture doesn’t even show the worst of it because I had already started cleaning up at that point. Besides my kitchen and utility closet being flooded it spread to the hallways, bathroom and master bedroom closet too.
I had an excellent experience with rent to own! The manager and the associates were very helpful in making sure I receive the best benefits especially concerning the recent sale. I used the 50 cent sale and I also needed a laptop for a second job that i plan on getting. They used the best of their knowledge and their abilities to make sure I keep same deal. And they did. I’m only paying around $7 till November 4th for these items: couch set, rug, lamps, and a laptop!! How many renting places offers this? None that I seen! The delivery guys. I didn’t catch their names. They were extremely friendly and hard working and went above and beyond to make sure they knew and were available any time if something happened with my items and even if I moved again. 10/10.
