Absolute horrible customer service! I would continue to do business but not with the store manager at this location! I will pay my account off with your corp and do business else where. Horrible customer service!

I just wish they would treat their customers a little better cause they really don’t unless They’re trying to sell you something. I’ve spent a lot of money in that place. Been a customer for eight years. paid off plenty of items every time I call they even forget when they tell me to call them or they’re too busy even when I try to get them to replace an item or repair an item, I gotta work around their schedule and I’ve gotta figure out a way to take the item to them. I will not get anything more from Aron’s after the rest of this order is paid off I’m closing my account

I recently had a fantastic experience at Aaron's Rent to Own, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Joe, the general manager. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free. Also, the delivery drivers were amazing! If you're looking for a great experience, I highly recommend visiting Aaron's and asking for Joe!

Management is a joke, can’t ever talk to anyone on the phone when you try to call. Oh and be sure to run your schedule around them they can’t ever put the customers schedule first.

Today was the first time I entered into this store. I walked into a very friendly, customer focused environment! The staff is outstanding and spoke to me as if they've known me forever. The atmosphere is positive, thanks to the attitudes of the staff, as well as, the music they have playing in the background. They took the time to find me the best deal, which is greatly appreciated, considering the risks they take in leasing without a credit check. They definitely made my day a lot happier and stress free knowing I can count on their protection and services through their club. Overall, my experience here is something I will remember if I ever have to resort to somewhere out of town. Aaron's showed me that I don't have to settle for less and can rely on them. Highly recommended!!
