This Painesville Aaron’s store has not been the same since Scott left. Scott was an outstanding employee compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, and truly understanding of customers’ situations. He valued long-time customers and consistently treated people with respect and appreciation. Unfortunately, my experience with Candido has been extremely disappointing. His customer service skills are lacking, and his attitude has come across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a loyal customer who has supported this store for years, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. That standard has not been met. Management should seriously reevaluate the level of customer service currently being provided. The difference in professionalism between Scott and Candido is noticeable and concerning. This store used to make customers feel valued — and that has clearly changed

BEWARE: Aaron's is charging $1,100 for a brand new Nintendo Switch 2 when you can get them at every other retailer, online or otherwise, for a MAXIMUM of $500. Do not fall for their monthly payment plans of $99 a month for 24 months either. Just save and buy elsewhere. Talk about price gouging!

We got a washer dryer set. I did not have the dryer vent for hook up. The store sent the guys back to my home 5 days later when I couldn't do it myself. They spent 30 mins just hooking everything up for me. I was very thankful. It was exceptional customer service.

So happy I found a PS5 there. Danielle was one of the best sales clerks I've ever dealt with (anywhere). Yes I know I'm paying the price for my PS5 but my credit is terrible I am low on funds but can afford their monthly payments. Plus I hope to just buy it outright with their same as cash plan. If you are in the same boat as me you couldn't find a better place or a better staff to help you get what you need.

This store is something else, I got a TV a little over a year ago and never had problems, in May they botched something with payments and hit my bank early for payment , I tried calling 4 times that week because the early withdraw caused a mini avalanche causing me to get 3 over drafts on things , I never got a call back and just let it go, last month I called to switch payment methods, I was told no problem on the phone then my bank got hit anyways , when I called back I was then told that it takes time for it to go through (should have been told that at the time of my first call) after a conversation I was told my next months payment would be taken care of, today happened and they hit my bank yet again causing now a third set of charges from my bank . When talking to Scott (The manager) I was told that the employee was not authorized to tell me my payment would be taken care of, and I was basically SOL, I have now incurred over $200 in fees due to the incompetence of this place. They were nice enough to waive the fee they charged (One I wouldn't have gotten if people did their job right) and they pushed my payment back a couple weeks. 🙄
