Manager Doug will text, call, and harass you the day the payment is due. They try and take the payment out at 2am knowing most people's paychecks don't hit until evening time. My card stays locked unless I authorize its use, Over the course of a day and a half they called and texted me 10 times. Borderline harassment. Doug is terrible

Ive decided to file a lawsuit , i did an rental application. Their system was crashing so it only got half my first name half of my last name. And the manager accused me of fraud. Called me brother in the beginning and would not hear me out. Ive filed a complaint with BBB, trumbull county Naacp. And im going to stand with a group& sign outside their building until they decide to treat me right. Total discrimnation against black people.All i wanted was to be heard. I have to go thru all this total discrimination.

The Niles Rent-A-Center location has the best team! Doug is absolutely awesome—by far the greatest manager I’ve ever met. He’s caring, helpful, and always goes above and beyond for customers. His staff is wonderful as well, and together they make every experience a positive one. Doug is truly a people person, and it shows in the way he runs the store. Highly recommend this location!

I absolutely love the guys here at this location. I had to call the Niles location because the one in Warren tried charging me (a current long standing customer) a full down payment for 2 weeks when I chose the $10 first week option. I called the Niles location and they got me the product for $10 down like it was advertised. You have to be a good standing current customer to receive it and they acknowledged that and got me set up for shipment tomorrow !

Absolutely not! We were going to use them to get a PlayStation 5 for our son’s birthday. They had a one penny down promo that we used. Everything was accepted. They took the penny, had us sign a contract, allowed us to set up delivery too! Then about 30mins into the delivery window they called and said they won’t deliver because they required more money down for electronics. So we asked where this policy was written and they said it is an unwritten policy! We called the 800 and they said the same thing! Absolutely heart breaking in the moment! How does a company do this. Now we need to figure out more here! BBB needs to fix this! This is so crooked! And no one wants to help. Yeah we’re frustrated! But the store manager doesn’t want to help, the district manager can call in a few days they say, and the 800 number just continues to say it is an unwritten policy! The store and company are bad. Maybe we dodged a bullet. Still sucked though!
