Do not rent mattresses from this place unless you want to be a tied to a payment for a couple years. They did not disclose that mattresses have a no return policy. And the mattress price went from 60 to 80 after I asked them to come get it and they said no. This is the 2nd time this store did not disclose info to me.

The staff is always friendly. I give it 5 in comparison to RentACenter which I used years ago for my bedroom set. That was super expensive and began to fall apart immediately as it was made extremely poorly. Aaron's is obviously going to still charge you more than you would pay by buying outright, but that's to be expected. The quality of the products is much better as are the prices. I got a 44" flat screen after I stopped using RaC, and it lasted well for years until a full home electrical malfunction fried it. My fault for having it plugged in the wall instead of a surge protector. We lost pretty much any electronic that was directly in the wall. My mom and I just stopped to get a couch for her house. My main concern was finding a couch I could be comfortable on as I have osteoarthritis. I found one that seems like it will be great in minutes, and it looks really nice. After going to both stores, and seeing the difference in price and quality that lasts, I'm an Aaron's customer for life.

The sales representative sales pitch was what are you looking for, we explained a bed we were really sure what we wanted and made sure she knew that and asked what she had and she said I have a bunch.. firstly they had five beds and she lost me with her terrible attitude. Never thanked us for coming to their store and saying if we wanted further assisted to come on back in... we wont be purchasing from Aaron's.

Love this place. Very very helpful staff (Randy) no matter how often you come in to check out inventory! Great return or replace policy, the perfect shopping experience for someone with limited credit and needs to furnish a home.
