Customer reviews
We recently purchased an upright Pit Boss smoker from R2O, and the entire experience was excellent. Lexi did an amazing job helping us choose the right smoker and answered all of our questions leading up to delivery. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The delivery went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. If you’re looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares about helping you find the right product, I highly recommend R2O . Thanks again, Lexi!!
Zack and Jesse both were very pleasant to deal with and would recommend them to anyone they go above and beyond doing their job. They both were very nice and talkative with my grand daughter.
