I love Aaron's. Good prices. Fast delivery dates. Best of all. If they don't have what you want. They will find it for you. Great service. Friendly Staff.

Had furniture delivered this morning by two guys (Storm and Tom). Arrived on time, were patient with me as I had to move some things around, were in and out all while being professional and friendly! If only the internet/cable companies had these two working for them so didn't have to reserve half a day waiting on their services 🤣

I was very unsatisfied with my service. I got one price in store when furniture was ordered. Then when I went to make my first payment it was a higher price. Then they charged me for a box spring cover that is $154 saying I have to have one but they never discussed this with me. So don't believe when they say no hidden fees. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I've had multiple items from this store from lawnmowers to air conditioners to furniture. They have ALWAYS been great. Sometimes (because of the way I'm paid) my payment is a little late but they have never given me any hassle about it so long as I call and tell them when I'll have it. They have always been great about answering the phone (which is rare for my area) and have always been more than happy to fix things if they break. We had a dishwater we bought a few years back and within the first couple months it started leaking really bad and wouldn't run. Turned out that the tub had retained water and then froze breaking the tub on it. It took a week or two and some back and forth with the warehouse and corporate (the store manager went to bat for me on it) but they replaced it and everything was fine. Same with an air conditioner, window unit, we got two of and for some reason one just wouldn't work very well. They switched it out while they fixed the other one and it was great. I would recommend these guys to anyone as a decent place to get stuff if you don't want hassle after hassle and you want peace of mind in your purchase. I'll use these guys for YEARS to come.

I would NOT recommend this store to anybody! The girl who is in charge of my account, her name is Amy, has continued to automatically run payments out of my bank account even after I have set up times to call her and make payments when my husband gets paid! She has bounced my bank account and disregard anything I’ve said about my payments! She is also very belligerent and rude every time I talk to her! I have purchased things from the store in the past and never had a problem. But for some reason this lady absolutely will not give me a fair deal!!
