Worst choice ever! The GM Mike is rude and ignorant. Daquan is the same. They changed my payment date after assuring they wouldn’t. Did not fix after saying they would. Never received the the night stand that was suspposed to be delivered “late”, and I payed for it. If you are 5 minutes late on payment they call you every 30 minutes, they come to your house and lea e stuff all over your doors wile you are working, they even caused damage to my side door that I now have to fix. The door frame was pulled away from the house because the door was frozen shut when the re ent. Old snap happen. Now I have to spend money to fix it. I should have never purchased from them. What a horrible, horrible experience. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars, because that is really what they deserve. And what does it say about the ownership of this store that there are so many bad reviews with customers stating the names of the managers going back years and they still are employed. What a shame.

Dequan was the nicest person and the only reason why I’m keeping my items and not returning. The manager Mike is horrible and has no customer service skills. It’s like he doesn’t know how to talk to people properly. I try my hardest to avoid him. And one of the workers smells musty like he doesn’t wash his work uniform.

This is the worst mistake I have EVER made in my LIFE. Ladies & Gentlemen PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT Rent from these people. They are highly disrespectful & they will harass you to the end of no earth. If you are two hours late on a payment they will repeatedly call your phone and send out these weird looking Dyke looking dudes, too bang on your door & put 10-15 signs all over your door. They messed up my pay cycle of what I put in the system & some how it became my fault. I went to Maple Heights Police Department on these people & they informed me that this is indeed harassment. I even called the corporate office & you will not get anywhere with them either. It’s VERY, VERY sad… I’m returning the broke refrigerator and overpriced stove that they gave me. I have the money to pay it off, but their attitudes and the way they act I refuse. The little short white Dyke looking guy he’s making up all of these lies, and I have all of it on camera. Anyway, this is the worst place the worst thing that you can ever think of please please please. I urge you to run run run the other way. Do not deal with these people. This is not a good thing they’re overpriced. They’re charging $2000 for a broke refrigerator and a stove. When I first moved into my place, I was not able to afford you know to get the house fixed up and a refrigerator and stove amongst other things so I assume that this was a safe route. This is the worst thing that I’ve ever could’ve done to myself. please people I urge you just save the money to purchase your things or go to another place. Do not go to Rent-A-Center please and please do not deal with the one that is on Warrensville Road in Maple Heights Ohio that team that they have working in there, please do not deal with them.

I went get refund foe a washer and dryer I got that ended up not working. The guy daiqaun, he's got a ponytail and he's African American. He's refusing to give me my refund because he can't open the safe. He proceeds to call me our my name and argue me down about Mt refund that I an entitled to. Do not go here they are scam artists. Trust me not worth the money or the headache

Worked with sales person Damon and stressed the importance before leaving the store of making sure everything was good with my order after bad service from another RAC location , I came in on Friday and my order was set for Tuesday , when Tuesday came they delivered the wrong bed set and I now have to wait to Friday to receive the correct bed, he also told me everything was new but upon signing the paper I see the mattress said used then he stated it has been opened but not used witch he should have stated from the start instead of saying it was new. I will be making my second payment or Friday and just receiving the item I was suppose to get the first time , the delivery people were nice but left trash in my apartment hallway. I’m currently reconsidering my business with rent A Center...update delivery guys came with correct bed this time and did a great job, they where the only thing good of dealing with this company
