I give them a 3 only because I'd been told that a couch set I paid off was leather only to find it peeling leather doesn't peal I've purchased bedroom set,washer and dryer,tv,dining room set now keep in mind I've paid off everything but TV.The dining room table has buckled meaning not real wood over the years I spent quite a lot of money only to find out I spent thousands on low quality furniture if you want to be an elite company don't fool people who put their trust in You and Your products.

I have bought several thing thru Arrons in maple hts online mostly only gone in once or twice very nice to deal with the few times I knew was going to be late as long as you call and talk to them great to deal with

Worst experience I have ever had- your Maple heights store has given the worst customer service I have EVER had!!! I ordered a chair on the 8th which would be the second purchaseI have made from you allina the last year, and Finaly 16 days later it was suposed to be delivered, I received a call at 9:54am saying I was 2nd on the delivery list. Almost 5 hours later no knocks or calls, I decide to call them, and they tell me that they tried to call me, twice, which as you can see in the call log attached is a lie, they didn't even knock on my door. And are telling me they can not deliver it today or tomorrow, my only days off so now I have to wait till next Saturday because I dont get off work untill after 5pm. So I have already paid to start the lease a d it's going to be 23 days before its actually delivered....and on top of that the Account manager was laughing at the fact that I was upset after she lied directly to me about calling me. A shameful display of customer service and how you lose a customer who, untill this has enjoyed doing business with you for the last year. I will be canceling the lease on the chair and will take my business to one of your competitors.

Approved online and a previous customer of errands bill/Phil whatever his name is tells me a bold face lie about my income and approval even though I’ve had the same circumstances and it was approved online and I owe Aaron’s nothing whatsoever and Aaron’s customer service confirmed that he also made a crack about my rent amount very prejudice very poor customer service and Aaron’s definitely lost a customer in me I could see if I hadn’t used Aaron’s twice prior to dealing with him but I’m well versed and policy and procedure I knew after he made the comment about rent I was denied he showed absolutely no interest in helping me
