I went in looking for a refrigerator, Lorie and Autumn were so helpful! The place was clean. Everyone was so friendly! If you need something for house I definitely recommend coming here to the store on Ashland Rd.

I have serious concerns about the conduct of your employees, specifically regarding the incident where your drivers called the police and provided false information, claiming that my children were home alone. For clarification, my 13-year-old and 8-year-old were under the supervision of my 23-year-old nephew during my wife and my absence. I must stress that any further attempts at contact, whether through visiting my home, calling my personal number, contacting my wife, sending emails, flyers, or text messages, will be considered harassment. Such actions will be documented and prosecuted accordingly. Additionally, I want to inform you that any Showplace Rent to Own employee who enters my property without permission is subject to prosecution under Ohio's criminal trespass statute (ORC 2911.21). The actions of your staff, including the manager I spoke with earlier today, attempting to justify this behavior by mentioning they were supposed to call the dog warden for a loose dog, are not only unnecessary but also highly unethical and unprofessional. I urge you to focus on your business operations rather than intruding into my family's and neighbor's private matters. I will happily resolve this matter in court should it be necessary. Upon delivery of our new couch and loveseat set, it was discovered that because of the layout of our house, they would not fit into either entryways. I was extremely frustrated to say the least. The guys loaded it all back up and took it back to the store. When I called the store to see what arrangements could be made to resolve this, they were very quick to offer me a solution. We went and picked out a new set, a tad more in price, but was worth it. They were back at our house within an hour to deliver the new set. I appreciate the great customer service, friendliness, and professionalism of all involved. Extra thanks to the delivery guys for their service and extra trip made for us!
