I had a great experience working with Libby. I had very specific preferences for the type of washer I wanted, and although we ultimately couldn't find a model that matched exactly what I was looking for, she was incredibly patient, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions, looked into different options for me, and even special ordered another set in an effort to meet my needs. She never made me feel like I was being a difficult customer and was honest with me throughout the process. Her communication and customer service were excellent. I truly appreciate all of her time, effort, and kindness, and because of the way she handled everything, I would absolutely recommend working with her.

Evan and Noah were very friendly and very efficient! They took out our old couch and love seat, replaced them with new ones, and built my beds head and foot board all in 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

They don’t work with you, just threaten to come take your stuff for being a day late, won’t talk to you on the phone they will just hang up and continue to shift blame to other employees. And don’t ask for corporates number because they get even more rude and just continue hanging up. The delivery guy is super nice though !
