Very highly do not recommend, I have heard from friends that’s the employees will text on personal numbers and harass customers.. not good for business or the soul..

The old employees were the greatest. Now, the new employees are very rude, assistant manager is super disrespectful. They won’t work with you on payments or anything. They will consistently call your phone even if you’re at work and busy. All around this is a disappointing store anymore. This has to be the worst experience I’ve had with rent a center after dealing with them for about 4 years.

They gave updated me on the furniture arriving and a date for delivery. The man on the phone that processed my payment was wonderful and inviting. He helped me with measurements and I am excited about delivery!

This is an honest Rent a Center, they knew they could not fulfill my needs that I needed. They were kind enough to recommend me and my family to Arrons.We love Arrons.They're amazing.Thank you Rent a Center for being honest.

At first they seemed real friendly and helping, but after I got the application done and we started talking money everything changed. The stuff I talked on the phone was totally different than when I went in person. Told me most people don’t think like I do I need to manage my money better he told me they can’t do monthly payments then I told him I can only do monthly payment then all a sudden they do monthly payment I just felt like I was about to sign my life away to this place wouldn’t recommend can’t speak for all rent a centers but this one ain’t it no wonder business ain’t boomin

My washer was dropped off of the cart as soon as the delivery guys brought it into the building. There is now a dent in the top of my washer and scratches down the front of the washer. The delivery guys wasn’t even going to tell me they dropped my washer and the workers that are renovating my house informed me about it and said the delivery guys told them it was fine. And the workers renovating my house came and got me and told me what happened and when I asked the delivery guys they said it seemed that the leg on the bottom of the washer must have been broken and that’s why it wasn’t stable on the cart and why it fell. However this is supposed to be a new washer and dryer set so there is no reason why the leg should be broken! I’m not happy about this situation and I don’t even want the washer and dryer now.
