Rhawny went above and beyond to make sure my refrigerator got serviced and a loaner refrigerator dropped off to my house the day after calling about an issue with my fridge! Andre and Justin were so nice and professional while taking my old one and delivering the new one. I ended up loving the loaner fridge more than my original fridge and rhawny and Scott let me keep the new one !! They have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had a wonderful experience renting my washer and dryer. Cowboy was very helpful with helping me to find the right set and in explaining the paperwork. He made the lease agreement very easy to understand. I also liked that I didn't feel rushed. Cowboy took his time helping me and wasn't trying to rush me out, even though I was there close to closing time. Thanks Cowboy and Rent 2 Own for the great experience.
