Great store, great staff, good deals!

The store manager is an egotistical jerk that treats people with disdain. I left Showplace in Delaware because of Carol and she ended up at Rent a Center with about 8 months left on a rental. I may not have always paid on time, but I ALWAYS paid. I highly recommend going to Showplace if you need to rent anything before going here, if you are in the Delaware area.

They are amazing, they are kind and actually care about their customers. I really appreciate everything they do. Carol is amongst the best manger. I’ve been a loyal customer of hers for years and for good reason. She is amazing.

Subject: Urgent: Unauthorized Charge and Pickup Request I am writing to express my concern regarding an unauthorized charge to my account. I previously paid in full for the rental, yet I have been charged again. I informed your manager about this issue, and he assured me he would get back to me, but I have not received any response. Given this situation, I must now inform my bank of this unauthorized transaction. Additionally, I request that you arrange for the immediate pickup of the bed from my location. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention.

We have been very loyal customers for a few years now. We love going through Todd for any issues we have. He’s always nice and he gets any issues fixed as soon as he is able to! He truly makes the store just such a better place!
