Love the experience and how awesome they were in helping me get a PS5 Pro since I couldn't afford it on Amazon and ebay. Currently paying biweekly and really enjoying it. Compared to paying for an Xbox Series X at Aaron's, which my experience there was the worst, Rent A Center staff made it easy and calming for me to pay to own the PS5 pro. Thanks guys!

Was promised it would be delivered on Thursday from 1-3 and they messed up and told me the wrong day so while my kid is out a bed for two days so after some arguing they said they could be here between 5-7. I had to leave at 4 and they knew it. So they show up at 4. I sign and leave. They proceeded to record the whole process little did they know they where on camera also. Now I have a bed but am missing pieces to put it together. Last time I rent from there.

BIG SHOUT OUT to CARL and JIMMY !! At Defiance rent a center!! They delivered my couch today and we're very very nice gentlemen!! Very professional!! Thank you guys so much for the job you do!! I know it's heavy n now it's hott!! Again .thank you both very much ..very much appreciated !!!!

Defiance Rent-A-Center the most disrespectful place. They say they are trying to find something I ordered and they say they they can’t find any. So I call the Napoleon one and they said they have it but I was go get ahold of defiance so I did then they said that Napoleon don’t have it. Then they said they would call and let me know. And two hours go by and they never called back. And I have been a customer with them for over a year now. I might be returning everything and going to Aaron’s now. Rude and disrespectful!!
