I had a auto pay set up and after one payment somehow they screwed up the payment and my second payment didn't go through. A mistake on their part. I was called by a manager telling me I needed to pay right now. I said it was auto pay 85 should have been paid. They had lost that info or something and demanded I pay now. I told them I was busy at the moment and I would pay later. The manager then became upset and threatened to have people show up to take my furniture if I didn't pay now. He had a very smart mouth and sarcastic for someone messing up and dealing with customers. Only thing he managed is losing a customer

A guy stopped by knocked on my door cause I was behind by two days and I just got out the shower so I couldn’t anwser my door but I looked to see who it was and he was looking into the hole in my door completely creepy and unprofessional. And anytime I’m on the phone with this Aaron they are rude and very unprofessional.

Rented from them previously and got behind. Corporate called me and I was then able to pay in full. Considered renting from them some time later and was told I could but the store manager had to approve it. I recently moved and when we plugged our refrigerator in it didn’t work. So I went online and ordered a fridge from them as I don’t have really didn’t have much options. Order was completed everything signed just waiting for them to call to deliver. Just called and they said that my order was canceled because of unresolved issues in the past. When I said it absolutely was resolved he replied oh well when it reaches a certain point they won’t rent to me. Apparently these people have never heard of a phone to let people know that we’re approved that they canceled it. To lazy to do their job so make excuses that is complete bs. There are no unresolved issues and they can take their overpriced appliance and shove it. How can you even run a business like that? All good I have a fridge on the way as I type this. Just annoyed at them for making me wait days and for basing it off of a very untrue falsification.

Happened on 04/06/24. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Guy has a massive attitude. I called because my brother, who passed away by his own hands, kept getting door tags at his apartment. The guy I talked to insisted I was my brother. Said his caller ID said I was him and that I was calling from his address, so I'm definitely 100% him. Hello, have you ever heard of landlines. He kept going on about multiple coincidences in the universe, and he needed his merchandise back. He wouldn't even let me explain what's going on and hung up on me. He didn't even tell me what merchandise was the property of Aaron's. Besides, almost everything in his apartment has been donated or taken by family members and friends. And I'm definitely not going to go out of my way to track down something. And return it to Aaron's considering how I was treated.

Purchased a large fridge from Aaron's in Defiance, but they only sent one person to deliver. The delivery guy argued that he was told the fridge was going in our garage, but that is not the instructions we had given. Why would a nice $3,000.00 fridge go into the garage, rather than the house anyway? It just didn't make any sense. And even still, it obviously needed more than one person to safely move it. The one delivery guy said he couldn't get it inside because of COVID-19, which was understandable, but we had given instructions to Aaron's that if it was at least dropped off on to the porch, we would have friends help us get it into the house later. He said he wasn't told about our porch stairs and couldn't get it up there by himself because again, they sent one person for a large appliance. It sat in front of our porch stairs all day. I called the store, spoke to a woman who promised to get back with me, and never called me back. We figured it out on our own, no thanks to Aaron's poor scheduling and customer service! We paid it off, and I'm glad we will never have to endure that experience from your company again. For your future customers' sake, please re-evaluate your procedures.
