My wife and I had a bedroom suite from these people a whole 2/3 years ago. The bed never was being fixed properly. Fast forward I had to call and ask once more out of the 4 times if someone was going to fix my things and actually fix it because nothing was ever being fixed they tell me my stuffs paid off. So they take it upon THEMSELVES to pay off our things and that was fine went local and found a bedroom suite that was perfect for us never broke once. Okay but now we’re in 2024 my wife found a furniture set that I was like you know maybe things can be better so I’m starting out this agreement in Madison with a woman named Robin and I’d give them my business anytime she was only having it delivered by them and that was okay. Now I’m being contacted by Ashtabulas Aaron’s though and told we can’t do business with you because of a previous problem as they’re talking about something they did to me this place isn’t the place to go. These people aren’t good business people none of the Ashtabula branch are good. They’ve all gave me problems they’ve all been rude to my wife and myself besides Rick. Rick is the only one that has been a genuine person to us.

Todd and Rick are great I've always had a great experience with them. They are very nice when you talk to them and they know just what you want before you walk through the door.

New to Ashtabula, went in looking for 4 beds and possibly more, the woman working asks if she can help with anything and as soon as i tell her what i need she says “oh you’re not gonna get that, you’re looking at like $700 a month” i told her i wasn’t looking to do payments that i was going to pay cash, but that i was just starting my search and wanted to look at the prices first. After the assumption as to how much I can afford I decided i didn’t want to spend ANY money in there. That was such a bold and rude assumption. And a terrible sales strategy. I honestly was stunned that she’d start off like that.

Monica gave me the best costumer service, she made she everything was okay, she went through everything with me, and answered every question i had. i really appreciate their effort to get me the washer and dryer that fits my needs, thank you!

I have been with Aaron's in Ashtabula for many years. I don't want to use the word customer because it's more like FAMILY. Just got a new king bed and living room from them today. In past refrigerator and washer and dryer along with tv. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to help with any purchase and items are absolutely wonderful. They ALWAYS treat me like family. Thank you to the entire staff! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Two weeks later:. I would like to sincerely thank Todd- Monica- and Rick:. My family is going through a tremendous medical crises right now and their compassion and support means so much to us. I love you all
