I rented washer and dryer on payments supposed to be taken out the 19th of every month once they have done that other wise its two three days before why won't work with me when landed on a Sunday u not open and I should of been able to pay Monday ya I could but pay late charge but u can take when ever u want come on not happy with billing dept ment at all

Absolutely phenomenal service, workers are tremendously nice. The GM is a game changer from their previous managers, got a bed room set and a washer dryer set at a great deal! Their penny down deals are helpful for starting the agreements and if you don't like what they have in store they are kind enough to show what they have online and order it on the spot for you! Would highly recommend them over rent a center or rent all. Especially with how quickly the turn around time is on delivery and set up!

I was diagnosed with uterine cancer last fall and had a few weeks off of work, they let me postpone my payments by almost 2 months without being on the preferred plan that comes with that service. They've been kind and helpful every step of the way!
