Signed a lease and made down payment and first months payment on a furniture set, tv, play station and fireplace. Called them for two weeks straight and kept saying it hasn’t been delivered to store got ahold of them today Jan 3rd, 2025 and they said everything has been delivered but they could no longer let me have my furniture set cause it was no longer on sale after I paid the down payment and first months payment on it two weeks ago when the sale was on told me my payments will be $500 a month so I called for a refund went in to get my refund money and the employee was very rude. I will never do business with these people again.
The Manager can't get his stories start and his employees know more then he does.Do not join the Aaron's club it is a rip off that even with a Doctors note for the out date and return from surgery they will deny payment while you are out of work. My husband had a kidney removed because of cancer and it was a flat denial.
The place has been a good one for years to cater to Washington and surrounding areas with wide variety of choices in furniture and payment options. The manager Mr. Tyrone is very efficient and listens carefully and is willing to work with you with best options available. Building is being renovated at this moment and I am glad they will come back bigger and better and brighter. The prices are more on high side but quality products are available too, keep up the good work. Kudos!!!!!!!!!
Ive been using Aaron's for almost 8 years or more and have had no problems. For some reason the auto pay took 2 payments out at one time. I called the store no answer so I went in and spoke with management. They looked at my account and seen I was correct, I was told that day it would be taking care of. Four day later still nothing, I called and I was told the manager will call you back. Never got a call back so inorder to get my money back I reached out to headquarters and eventually received my money.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Bunch of nice guys. Helped set me up with a good gaming laptop. Their labor day sale looks nice. I would recommend getting the Aaron's store card if you get a laptop. It covers everything if anything happens while you are renting.
