They came to my home said my sister owed them money $32.17 I payed to help them out and her $40.17 but she didn't even have a account with them I'm in Pink hill they came to my house to collect they said I had to come to Wallace to get my money 15 bucks in gas to get $40 that's bull shit they ain't nothing but liar's and thieves

The manger Susan is really nice, but angie on the other hand, is very unprofessional and it's really rude and treats customers like garbage. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I will never purchase anything else from here very unsatisfied with the way I have been treated if you are going to give a customer her expected monthly payment for every month then it all of suddenmore than expected to pay for her monthly payment I will continue to make my payments until I finish paying off what I owe I will take my business elsewhere

Please save your money a buy. These people are absolutely the worst. Angie and Tabitha are the phone gangsters, I mean they will speak so rude and thuggish on the phone!😂😂😂😂😂 Smh Then halfway professional in the store! Definitely not worth the headache! After Angie yelled at me over the phone and hung up in my face. They were more than welcomed to come pick up there items! They definitely need all the prayers they can get!

I wouldnt rent from here again. They tell you one price to get you to buy an item and then boom it's so much more expensive in the long run. They even charge $1.99 just to make a payment on the phone. Confused how you charge someone just to make a payment. I've had very rude customer service from them when I was confused about a fee or something. Not worth it!
