I am not happy with my last purchase. I was getting from them. First of all, I ordered the washer and dryer combo, and they did have it, so I ordered the front loader washer and dryer, and I was told it would be on the next shipment with was Tuesday. When my husband calls the main office, they tell him it was going to be 14 to 21 days before we got it. When I called Susie at the wallace nc store, she said she didn't tell us that. It didn't matter anyway because she said she would have the manager to call me the next day, and I didn't get a call from her, so I went somewhere else to get my washer and dryer.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the Wallace location. The staff was very caring and got me exactly what I needed and with no problem at all. I felt like I was so comfortable there and will continue to do business with this location.

Absolutely terrible buying experience! I was sold a lawn mower by the general manager of the store. When the mower was delivered the belt was lose and the tire rod was bent. When I asked for them to take it back and fix it apparently the manager did not want to help. When I spoke to the sales manager she said those mowers in the back were needing to get serviced before selling. The delivery guy told me the general manager did not want to speak to me and hung up. Very sketchy and fraudulent experience. She called me the next day saying they were going to fix it, I went back to the store the sales manager said the GM lied and was going to cancel my sell. Instead of trying to fix the issue she cancels my sell with out me knowing. My family and friends will not do business while that GM is there. Apparently to her co workers she is known for stuff like this. Truly sad

They are nice and handle things in a timely manner at 1st they kept on having turnovers with different people but they are good always very kind to me would definitely recommend there service!! Always get confirmation # an know who your talking too!
