From the start all I wanted was a steady lift chair for my disabled spouse. Apon going Iwas told that it would have to be ordered and would be back in a couple of days.I never got a call.I went in to inquire they didn't know who took my order. So I went in and fill out the application they are so Professional they what to know who did u spoke to...dealing with them make sure you write names. they lied to me about a used chair would have to be steam never heard from them that was to take 2 days . Then had to wait on the phone for then to check it took to long. I call a let them know that I was done. Over 3 weeks no help. That my fault thinking that would get the chair ASAP no charge for delivery and Local service. Rather pay for delivery and set up any time. Won't be won't be using rental again was a Waste of my time.

I've dealt with Aaron's before and thought they treat me with a lil more respect since I did pay off my furniture in less than 90 days..... I thought wrong. They acted like they didn't really want my business and they didn't have what I was looking for and told me I could go online and find it myself. I don't work for Aaron's!!! Bad business vibe and totally lack of appreciation for returning customer!!!!

I have been doing business with Aarons for YEARS and they have always been super friendly and very helpful! No bad attitudes or anything! If I ever end up late or having to push a payment back etc. they have always helped me out unlike other places similar to Aarons. I always enjoy coming in and seeing kyle, tonya, etc.. They are always great!!! I have purchased a couch, bed set, tv, and even a washer and dryer set! HIGHLY RECOMEND!

Store Manager George and Associate Don was absolutely wonderful! I've never been treated so good in a rental store. We came to look at closing on a Saturday, most places would've slammed the door in your face in a hurry to go home we was welcomed in with a smile and told to take our time and assisted us with any and everything we needed. The best store by far, George the GM very professional and great personality and wonderful staff! Totally Satisfied Calvin & Patricia Hulin
