I can't emphasize enough how exceptional this place is! When I faced issues with a pending school refund, Kelly Carter stepped up remarkably. Not only did she work tirelessly to address my concerns, but she also assured me that I wouldn't have to worry about a thing until everything was resolved. Ms. Kelly embodies professionalism and should genuinely be acknowledged for her outstanding service. Her warm greetings make me feel completely at ease every time I walk in. Because of her dedication, I'm committed to continuing my business at this Aaron's location. Kelly has a gift for customer care and should train future employees to provide such excellent service. She deserves a raise.
Let me start by saying this place was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me out! I was trying to get a washer and dryer from another Aaron’s location and it was a disaster, but the manager Kelly saved the day. I made an order today and received my order today. This location is amazing and followed through with what they said would and the Aaron’s crew that delivered my stuff was super helpful as well. If anyone needs any rent to own items without the hassle, this is the place!
Delivery was supposed to be between 10 and 3. They had three loads to go out today as I saw the schedule myself. I took off from work to accept my furniture. I called at 1130 and the gentleman that answered the phone said they were loading up the truck for today's deliveries...mind you it is now almost noon. I live 1.5 miles from the store. When I asked when my delivery of a couch and mattress would be delivered they said it was the last delivery of the day. I rode by the store and their truck was indeed still loading up. It's almost 1pm and they haven't even finished loading up at the store for today's deliveries. Seems like poor time management. I could have gone in to work this morning at least to take care of business had I known they wouldn't leave out till lunch. The prices you pay at these rental companies you would expect more customer consideration. Follow up it's 3:19 and I called the store. I spoke with "Tyler" and asked him about today and his exact words were 'Ma'am I don't feel that I have to explain anything to you".... If this is how corporate Aarons likes their business ran, we that's quite a shame. I cancelled my business with them.
I’m a happy rent to owner. Kelly has worked with me to meet my needs regarding my products. Very professional and patient and kind and puts my mind at ease regarding purchases. She always locates product they may not have in the store, and sets you at ease and details me regarding the price of the quality purchases. Even the delivery guys are so polite and accommodating to my immediate needs. Can’t say enough good things about the Spring Lake, NC store. Will recommend to anyone who needs product that is legit and making the payments in a fashion to meet your specific needs. Thank you Spring Lake store for excellence in service!! And thank you Kelly for your work on locating just what you need and making the purchase painless.
I was there with my niece while she was looking for furniture. The floor salesman, Tyler, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He helped make things super easy for my niece and nephew. He wasn't overbearing but kept check on us and answered all of my nieces questions. They were down a delivery driver but still were able to squeeze my niece in on the route. Tyler and Benard delivered the furniture that evening and were very helpful in setting it up and very mindful of the carpets when bringing in furniture. The experience was definitely a positive for my niece and nephew. I was pretty impressed with the salesman, Tyler. Excellent visit.
