We were 4 days behind on our account and had spoke to someone on the 20th of December at 12:44 and made arrangements on the account and someone still showed at my home in regards to our account that is set up on auto draft and we pay on time every month and have paid off one account with them as well and this account we only have 6 payments remaining. This was very unacceptable and disrespectful to us and we will not get another account with rent a center ever again due to this encounter.

Drivers are reckless when out on the road; no precautions taken at all. Have no respect and like to be confrontational if someone reports anything.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy! Unexplained charges out of no where.. hound you for a payment the day the payment is due and will show up at your house about 30 mins after your phone rings. Don’t never I mean never get anything used. They don’t check the stuff and will give you bedbugs. I will never deal with them again after my stuff is paid for!! Worst customer service around! Aaron’s is where I recommend going!

The online pay and checking your account is good. Site is easy to navigate. And the products I wanted and products I didn’t think you’d have like the SONY Bravia XR65X90K, noise cancelling headphones, PS5, and hopefully the PSVR2 Horizon Call Of The Mountain bundle is a surprise.
