Worst of the worst like seriously. Absolutely disgusting businesses. Get constantly harassed and talked to like trash by management. Got a washer and the washer stopped working while making payments. I called they said it'll be fixed. I waited 5 days and still nothing so I call back. They tell me I never called and they never set up an appointment for it to be fixed even though I did. Then was told it's my responsibility to get it fixed. Never has been before. So they gave me the number to whirlpool and I had to set up an appt. This was on December 9th. They said they can't fix the washer until jan 5th!! Almost a month with no washer! I call and ask them if I can get a replacement for the time being or stop payment at least until it's fixed and was told they don't do either. I was expected to pay for a washer for a month and get no use from it and also have to pay extra out to go to a laundry mat? I won't be paying and they can come pick it up. They also told me it's my responsibility to bring the machine back in my little 4 door car even though they brought it here. Absolutely despicable location.

Horrible staff to deal with. Management needs better customer service trainings.. I have not personally sign up with them but I know some families that have and the level of harassment rudeness and disrespectful to people is insane. I actually heard them on the phone with a family and it was borderline scary interactions threats..this mom asked him to come and get their stuff and they were asking a ridiculous fee that she had to pay for them to come get their stuff. Very disappointing to hear a person in management position talk the way he did. Do not sign up with this company unless you want an aggressive person harassing you. He said I'm allowed to call 2 times a day ..we counted the calls in a day it was at least 10!! They lie. Their furniture is not quality furniture too. Please consider giving your business elsewhere. I tried zero stars and would not let me post. No stars in rating..

Absolutely terrible, don’t recommend unless you like being harassed. I never leave reviews but I feel like it’s necessary. The company is very passive aggressive and call more than a bitter baby mama. They will call u 50 times the day it’s due and then hassle u about what time you are paying it like the exact time of the day matters. And on top of that they changed the payment date I originally put because they assumed I got payed on Fridays when on the paperwork it said otherwise. Very unprofessional people working here and needs better management. Makes me not even want the damn couch no more.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! Store manager is so RUDE !! YOU CAN NOT MISS NO PAYMENTS ON ANYTHING !! I NEVER MISSED NO PAYMENT yet he wont stop calling you on the phone until payment is done !! So UNPROFESSIONAL !! Nasty attitude towards me all the time just because I didn’t know my cards by memory! Save your time and MONEY and invest in Aaron next door or some where else not this place ! They even comment on the post saying “ your feedback is important to us call a 1-800 number yet No one answers 😂😂
