I would give this place a zero if I could! I do not recommend this location at all. They put you on auto pay and take whatever amount they want out of your account. I pay online but they still try to take it out plus some in the store. They have increased the prices of my stuff and did not obey the original agreement that I signed and agreed to. I contacted the company, the corporate office and they did not fix anything, they just done a report. They will call and harass you starting of the morning your payment is due and threaten to come and pick it up if it is not paid that day regardless of the situation. I will be contacting the local authorities and see if I can press charges on the manager. I would avoid this store at all costs!
This is an update from my previous review. I feel like that they aren't nothing but a big rip-off. The prices are outrageous. The payments are stupid high now like I found the same exact products for less than half of what they want for them. Same as cash or less than 1/4 of what they want for it. If you go full term so I might be switching out and going to the better prices as soon as I can. Just the public service announcement don't use a place like that unless you Don't have another choice. Always research because you will find better I promise
I wish I could give 0 stars but I can’t. Very unorganized and poor communication. We order a sectional less than 2 month ago. It has a hole at the bottom where I can stick my arm in it but not only that the “brand new” couch came with mites. We have called over and over and over again with no resolution. We are constantly being bit and that should never be a thing. We called corporate and that is worthless also. The manager Phil doesn’t try to find a resolution and just passes blame onto the next employee. We get the most/best communication from Janeer( she should be the manager) and the other manager Courtney is amazing. We are at the point that we want to return the furniture and go else where. We need this fixed and compensation. The fact that they are more willing to pick up the section for us vs just fixing the issue is plain sad. Won’t do business there in the future( once paid off or returned).
Went in to rent to own a pc. They sent me home with one that was locked and they didn’t know the password so I brought it back and asked to get one ordered that I want. He said he ordered it and should show up on Tuesday. Now a week later he says that it’s unavailable and trying to give me a different one I don’t want after I’ve already made a deposit on the one I wanted. So im guessing he never ordered it and every time I call they say they’ll call me back and never do. I’m really disappointed.
Was approved for products and wasn’t given those specific products. Found out what I was approved for was actually preowned items that the sales rep did not explain to me that were part of the promotion. Also one of the items was not included due to not having said item in the store. Then the sales rep signed me up for products that were more expensive then originally stated and did not explain that to me until he called within the same week stating I owed another payment. I also did not receive the items until 3 days after I signed up for the items.
