Regional Mgr Reggie was very nice explaining why we got charged extra months past the due date. Aaron's in general WAY over charges people who already can't afford appliances, furniture,etc. It's a theft honestly.

The lady working was very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. She was considerate, apologizing after getting off the phone since we had entered the store & was waiting to be acknowledged.

The people working there are liars. Two years ago I had some furniture and my mom had a bed from there different aggrement they would take my money and put on her bed and saying I was late paying then in 2020 I got a TV stand which the top was coming off told me that they'll get me a new one paid extra every week even though my plan was monthly finally September 2021 I get a so called new one when I opened the door it was cracked from the top to the middle where the metal piece is and from the middle to the bottom in January 2022 they called me and told me if I pay it'll be PAID IN FULL February called me telling me I was late paying now they are threatening me to pay the remaining balance and coming to get the TV stand. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO GET ANYTHING FROM THERE AT ALL. Employees are rude and liars!!!

This store lacks the skills to communicate and update their customers. Rufus was the best manager that store ever had. Told me one thing and the wife totally something else.

Wow, I just received my knew bedroom group.Christopher and Travis were amazing. There customer service was impeccable. They were on time very respectable they did above and beyond. I am so glad they were chosen to come thanks guys!!!
