My family member purchased a tv from them and it was cracked so she took it back and got another one and they want to charge her for the cracked tv but I don't see why she should have to pay for a damage tv

Excellent customer service! The guys delivered my furniture on time and were very friendly. They made sure it was setup just how I wanted and also made sure all the trash was gone and everything was taken care of before they left! Thanks Daniel & Demetrius!

Amazing!!! Daniel the old manager is back!! He always makes sure I have exactly what I need when I come in. Michelle is always super sweet and Wendy is a hoot! Thanks guys keep up the great work!

After calling to be sure this store would be open until 7, and speaking with Daniel, who said he asked April if the full bed we had talked about was still there, I was told there were a few more there even if that one was not. My sister drove 30 miles one way to pick up the bed, only to be told, no, they didn't have it. We were buying the bed out right, so I guess cash is too great a concept for simple people to grasp. I am not in the area, and called back and spoke to the manager. He apologized and offered to try to get another bed, at $10 more, but we decided we want to spend our money with someone that is more professional and doesn't waste people's times. I would put ZERO for the rating, but it will only let me post if I put at least 1.
