For the most part, the stuff we get is fine. It's one person who works there that ruins it for the bunch. He has a NASTY attitude, their own website messed up and has been taking our payments wrong. He calls and instant nasty attitude, screaming at us over speaker phone, telling me we got to pay our next payment and the one THEIR WEBSITE MESSED UP on a day that's NOT my arrangement day. I've never missed a payment, so not sure WHAT his issue is with us. I'm borrowing the money to fix the issue, but I'm waiting until Monday to make the payment since he wants to get nasty with us. Jokes on them, the stove I'm paying for has a bad error which means they have to replace it. This dude is the one that normally delivers the stuff. Nope, he better not put a FOOT in my house. Going to make sure his manager knows Monday too. Letting the whole world know that one guy has been officially trespassed.

I have had several issues with my Whirlpool set. The dryer has went out twice and the items were new. The store in Rockingham, NC is not very helpful when it pertains to following up and ensuring that the items are repaired. I pay for the Benefits plus plan and am not getting the benefits that I pay for. The store called when my payment was due and never called back over a month after telling me that they would. I have recorded calls and voice recordings of when I went in the store before with the exact previous issue.
