Was scheduled for Monday for delivery no call or a sign of professionalism so I called them and some guy answers the phone says hel be there in 1 hour and never shows up then I call them the next time day this guy answers says his sorry for that says hel come Thursday and no delivery!!! What kind of phoney service is this!!! Bad Service

Store is well maintained. Staff is awesome especially Amber. Prob I have.. no communication when you order online.. like delivery.. or if they have that item at the store.

I went to Aaron's to get a washer and dryer. Amber was awesome! The store is very clean and organized. Very reasonably priced. And before I knew it, I was going home with my washer and dryer on the back of the truck!! Lol

If I could post 0 stars I would. The customer service is awful & rude. The manager Chris is a misrepresentation for that store. Whom ever owns that franchise needs to reconsider their management & they have furniture that harvest bed bugs. I called about it in the first month on 2/3 occasions and no one did anything. I had to invest more money into a rental bed set that wasn’t worth the amount I was paying. Rent-a-center let’s see if you can do better

Chris was terrible! He was extremely rude and I had a horrible experience with him. Everyone else there was ok and helpful for the most part! Chris was the devil and didn’t care about my situation at the time! All he cared about was coming himself, after HE quoted me a different price for that particular month. He acted as if what I had belonged to him . I would advise anyone if not to deal with him! Very rude! Some people are not meant to work with the public, he is one of those people. Very unprofessional. After I paid double for one month, he told me that I Would have a pay a smaller amount the next month I paid, I made sure to get his name. So when the next month arrives, not only did he say he didn’t talk to me it couldn’t have been him! ( it was).. he said that there was no way anybody would have told me that! Just flat out lied and I’ve never forgotten that! It was to the point if I called or came in the store and he was there I’d leave! Hated him!!!!
