The whole team here in Roanoke Rapids NC rent a center are amazing! Excellent customer service and they definitely keep you updated and provide the best deals! Absolutely love Ms. Jessica and her associates!! Delivery is always on time and all the guys are very nice and helpful!

My experience is poor. I often feel harassed by the staff when they call me before my payment is due or on the date that it’s due. I also feel disrespected by the store manager for lying to me and being verbally aggressive toward me. FYI, Roanoke Rapids, NC location.

Hey, I wasn’t able to make my payment this week so my husband called him and told him they would get a double payment this coming Friday well they have done nothing but call and harass me and be rude and ugly and every week on the day of the payments due, they don’t care that I’m at work they call and harass me over and over again know when they’re going to get the payment before midnight even if I have to pay a late fee you’re roanoke rapids nc store has done nothing but harass me over and over again when I get this stuff paid off. I will never buy anything from you again this is the most horrible experience. They expect that payment to be there when they get there on Saturday morning they don’t care that people have to work. I’ve gotten in trouble three times at my job over them, blowing my phone up at work.
