This place is a freaking joke like a lawn mower riding lawn mower that originally prices under two grand Aaron's charges $5,000 for it is crazy like you can buy it at Lowe's for under $2,000 that Brand new
How did my product arrived at the store on Friday and nobody called to tell me to schedule a delivery? Why did I have to reach out to someone ? On top of this it said I will have it delivered by today the 14th but when I called the lady said oh sorry I don’t have anything open so it’ll have to be tomorrow? Why state false information if you can’t have it delivered by the date it was said! SMH! Worst customer service experience! Anyways I got a front load washer & dryer! Hope it doesn’t disappoint me!

For the past two months I have been speaking with Amanda the store manager and ask for the regional manager to call me as well reporting my situation to cooperate and nothing is being resolved. My merchandise is paid off as I'm paying monthly for the warranty Club program and I'm in need of a dryer liner that needs to be replaced. Due to me moving an hour away they will not Mail me it or return any of my calls. Just know if I didn't pay for the rental they would not hesitate to come retrieve my purchase so now that's it's paid off it's ohh we got her money and it doesn't matter she's paying on the club membership now I can't receive the item that's needed bye me. I need to know who else can I speak with to resolve my situation. Thanks

We always use the same as cash option. It’s easy and we have never had any problems. They are so friendly and remember us by name. We highly recommend them, as their prices are competitive with what you would find at Lowe’s or other appliance stores, as well as other furniture stores. Delivery has always been easy and they made sure we were happy with the product and set it up for us before leaving our home. Anytime there was an issue they were quick to fix it. We had an issue with a washer we bought, which had nothing to do with Aaron’s, and they arranged for a company to come out and fix it at no charge to us.
