I’m very happy to see all these one star reviews actually reflect this store’s performance. Because these people are truly irritating and rude. My husband Elijah has an account with these people. I have NEVER dealt with them and this is why. If you need to rent things GO TO AARONS when you have issues they will work with you. I have rented from them for years and have NEVER not paid for a product and when they reach out to you, they see how they can help you or strike your late fees instead of oppressing you. Anyways my husband lost his job so I took over payments. My mom had a major surgery and I took a few days off which hurt my check. I talked to Quay at the store and I thoroughly explained my situation I thought. I told her I am a store manager at a BP an had NO INTENTION of not paying for their product. I told her I would pay the following Thursday the 117.00 payment that I usually make. She said that would be fine but her manager might reach out to me. Well Thursday comes and I get off work and go load money on my card to pay my rent a center and Aaron’s and light bill. I get home with dinner for the kids and someone knocks on my door. It’s rent a center saying that Quay had me down for a payment at 1:00 pm It’s about 4:00 pm then. As I said I had just got off work. The rude manager ( I’m assuming he’s the one in here everyone is complaining about) proceeds to tell me that they happened to be in the area so they was just stopping by to see what’s going on. So because y’all had me down at 1:00 for a payment , you come out to my house at 4:00??? I’m about ready to tell them to take this pc and shove it where the sun doesn’t shine. Because that was rude and unnecessary. I was making my payment that day!!!! And then he proceeds to charge me up to Saturday even though it wasn’t even Saturday yet! I never pay that much on a Thursday by ok whatever. I have about four more complaints about this store but THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW right here. I will never in life rent anything from these people. GO TO AARONS they have better customer service and nicer people and they actually care about their CUSTOMERS not just their money. These people don’t give a damn about you or your situation.

They have no problem employing people who threaten customers lives and block them from leaving their residence. I spoke to the sheriffs department and they said that is illegal and considered attempted kidnapping, I have a chronic autoimmune disease (LUPUS) and was in the middle of a flare up attack and was trying to leave to get my medication and they would not move, putting my life at risk. When someone with lupus is in the middle of an attack they can die WITHIN minutes if not given the medication I needed… oh and then they thought it was appropriate to brake check me MULTIPLE times while driving infront of me and driving recklessly… again putting my life at risk. I will be going to get the female employee trespassed from the property in the morning.

Walked in this afternoon to offer a service of fixing their broken systems/controllers. A simple no would’ve sufficed but instead was disrespected by someone claiming to be their district manager. I am a professional business owner and wanted to help out my community of Mocksville because we get customers that get items from this location that are broken, so to help them out we offered a service and was immediately asked if we had a tax id, to our reply was yes we are a business of course. The district manager was rude saying we are done here and hostile with his responses. If this is how yall condone business to your community then we definitely will not be recommending any of our customers to this company.

Went in to try offer a service to them and was met with rudeness and hostility by a man who claimed he was a district manager. Never got his name but I would never do business with them if that’s how they treat prospective clients and partners. Absolutely abysmal service. Never go here. If that’s how district acts then they might need to relook at their hiring process.

Staff is constantly changing. If your one payment behind, you will be harassed by the staff including the manager. They act like they have permission to pry into your private life. Dealing with this store in particular is not worth the Hassel for the extra you have to pay on merchandise. I've held an account with this store in particular for about 3 years and it has just gotten worse by the month it seems.
