They have no problem employing people who threaten customers lives and block them from leaving their residence. I spoke to the sheriffs department and they said that is illegal and considered attempted kidnapping, I have a chronic autoimmune disease (LUPUS) and was in the middle of a flare up attack and was trying to leave to get my medication and they would not move, putting my life at risk. When someone with lupus is in the middle of an attack they can die WITHIN minutes if not given the medication I needed… oh and then they thought it was appropriate to brake check me MULTIPLE times while driving infront of me and driving recklessly… again putting my life at risk. I will be going to get the female employee trespassed from the property in the morning.

Walked in this afternoon to offer a service of fixing their broken systems/controllers. A simple no would’ve sufficed but instead was disrespected by someone claiming to be their district manager. I am a professional business owner and wanted to help out my community of Mocksville because we get customers that get items from this location that are broken, so to help them out we offered a service and was immediately asked if we had a tax id, to our reply was yes we are a business of course. The district manager was rude saying we are done here and hostile with his responses. If this is how yall condone business to your community then we definitely will not be recommending any of our customers to this company.

Went in to try offer a service to them and was met with rudeness and hostility by a man who claimed he was a district manager. Never got his name but I would never do business with them if that’s how they treat prospective clients and partners. Absolutely abysmal service. Never go here. If that’s how district acts then they might need to relook at their hiring process.

Staff is constantly changing. If your one payment behind, you will be harassed by the staff including the manager. They act like they have permission to pry into your private life. Dealing with this store in particular is not worth the Hassel for the extra you have to pay on merchandise. I've held an account with this store in particular for about 3 years and it has just gotten worse by the month it seems.

I will tell you if you have no credit this is the place to go. However for a company who delivers furniture you would think they would have more than one guy to do this job. To have to wait till 2pm to get a delivery and then to have to help load and unload your furniture is ridiculous. The two stars are for Amanda and her team for being nice people, but they really need reliable employees. There’s always an excuse to not delivering on time or why there’s always no second person to assist in setting up the furniture. And we kept getting damaged furniture delivered to the store and having to wait for them to get a replacement. We have decided to return our furniture and buy them from another place that offers in house financing and a closer to value price rather than double and sometimes triple the actual retail price.
