I am absolutely mortified!! This TV we just brought into our home 3 days ago has German Roaches inside of it!!! My husband was an exterminator for a while and immediately knew what he saw crawling across the screen! After killing it and looking deeper into the TV he found them inside!! We have taken pictures and moved the TV away from the house until we can call and have it picked back up. This better not cause an infestation in our home, I am completely terrified! Update This has been a while back but decided to update. The store workers came the very next morning to get the TV. They offered to upgrade our TV for the trouble, but I obviously refused. The company paid for an exterminator to come treat our home and lucky he found no other bugs in the house but still treated to be safe. Things were made right and hopefully the store now cleans their "returned items" instead of retrieving them and immediately selling after.

About 9 months ago my husband and I came here looking for a specific couch, but we were on a budget. The man who helped us was very friendly and helped us find exactly what we were looking for at the right price! Months later the couch is still holding up great! We'll definitely be coming back!

Aaron's called me for a payment and in the process of trying to work something out. The staff told me to make my husband get up and go to work while I was in and out of the hospital causing his check to be short. I'm so mad and will never go thru them again. Worst experience ever. RAC is definitely more friendly and works with you better! I thought Aaron's would have been more understanding. Sorry Aaron's you're losing a customer!

Today (September 12,2024) we had just found a German Roach (which is one of the worst bugs you can have in your home) on our Samsung TV that me and my wife got on (September 9th, 2024). While it was used already and were told they go and grab the TVs from people who don’t pay there bill. We were under the impression that the TVs are cleaned. Well that’s not the case in this situation I hate to leave a BAD review because the 2 Older Gentleman were great to work with. The store needs to be cleaned and make sure no German Roaches are on furniture, TVs, Game Consoles or anything they have. We will return the TV or Lord Willing a BRAND NEW TV.

By far the best staff in this nation. If you need great service come see these guys. I have never felt so taken care of in my life. The management and employees there take time to treat you as a person and not a dollar bill. Always got our business. I even pay cash for new items from these guys because when cash was short they made a way for us to continue business. Thanks to the world's greatest Aaron's.
