Horrible. I got a washing machine. The funds came out days earlier than the contract agreement. The washing machine was not working. I called and the gentleman told me he would let his manager know and someone would call me. 2 days later I received no call and when I called back they said no one told them anything. Still 2 weeks later no one has been out to check the washing machine and it does not work properly. Yes payments have been taken out twice and I’m constantly rewashing clothes and increasing my water bill for a washer that does not work. Additionally, I’ve had to go to the laundry mat for my child to have clean clothes for school although I am paying for a washing machine.

The door to door refrigerator that we have stopped working properly they sent someone out here who looked at the refrigerator then told my son oh it's supposed to make that kind of noise all refrigerators with ice makers sound like that. For about 3 months it was phone call after phone call only to be told that the person I needed to speak to was not in at the time and they never would call me back. They did bring a subpar much smaller refrigerator out saying that this should tie us over till they got someone out here to fix the door to door fridge but 6 weeks later still nobody - a refrigerator in the living room and one in the kitchen that doesn't work properly. Finally I called the head office and they said they would send somebody out here on the 26th of this month. Will wait and see and give you an update then. But I would not recommend them to anyone.

This place is completely unprofessional. I already applied online and made my first payment. Walked into the store here in Mebane to complete my Verification process. Chad was completely unprofessional from the minute we walked in to their store. Acted as if this was the worst job to ever have. After giving every piece of information that was requested, I was rudely directed to leave the store while the verification process was being completed. Waited an hour, came back to the store and Chad had left for lunch. I was told that I would receive a phone call once the process was completed. Went home. Called around 330p, was hung up on the first call, second call I was told, once again, that I needed to wait on a phone call. Continued to wait until about 520p. Called their corporate office, spoke with some of the kindest people and was then informed that the verification process was only supposed to take a few moments. After the phone call, I called the store for the last time. Chadwick was who answered. Chadwick informed me that he “was not able to get in contact with any of my references for verification.” After him stating this, I then asked why exactly my lease agreement and paystubs were not sufficient. He then rudely stated that he needed to speak with these references directly. This was the first and last time that I will ever interact with this store. These folks do not know a thing about customer service and act like they hate their jobs. Please… PLEASE, if you value your time or value being treated like a human being, do not go here.

If you're needing furniture, don't even bother here. By the time you pay off the interest and all the other bull crap fees they throw in, you'll have paid way more than the cheap furniture is worth. My kids bed I bought from them fell apart quite some time ago. 🙄🙄
