Great great great people. Especially the manager there named Tony, he’s a sweetheart very knowledgeable, respectful, put together young man. He went above and beyond to make sure that our washing machine was delivered before the snow came and was also one of the only staff members in store that didn’t have an attitude, one guy kind of shrt very long locs glasses came in , everyone spoke to him, he did not acknowledge anyone, he came in grab something and left very rudely was going to ask his name but didn’t want to cause any issues but Tony and rest of staff still remained professional and patient with us thanks will be revisiting soon.

The staff is rude and disrespectful especially some guy that calls himself “Q”. Even with payment worked out with management they harass daily. Save up your money and shop elsewhere.

This is a bad place to do business, I brought some diamond earrings from this place and was trying to return them. They told me they cannot accept the earrings back and I told them I have never had them in my ears and could I please return them they told me no when I took them back the manager stood in the back never came upfront and say thank you. The other person just took him from out of my hand and told me that would be it. They are some poor customer service people so I had to call corporate. That’s what you have Sometimes, but I would never take my business back there The management of there is bad

This Place is the Worst To Do business With they have nasty attitudes and call and harass you this Place is Terrible I Will Never Do business with them again once I pay this Computer off that I bought For My Son Last year almost done thank God They do not know how to talk to you always have something Smart to say and always trying to threaten you about coming to get your stuff one day late and they talking about getting something back what in the world all I have to say they need some new workers with better attitudes and do!!

Staff is super nice and helped me get a last minute PS5 for hubby's father's Day gift,over the phone. I designed and they stayed open late so I could come pick it up.

Friday, Jan 8,2021 wife and I came to this rent center. None employees was not wearing a mask! Wife and I left we didn’t not feel safe due to COVID, Update: James was amazing customer service!! He did everything he could help me out. I will come back
