manager refused to close my account after returning the product. Said parts were missing, but the guy they sent to pick up said item signed a paper saying that it was in perfect working order. Then proceeded to try to charge my card twice a week then every day. Upon calling the corporate office I found out that the item was never marked returned and that in October they had placed a 5k bedroom suite on my account without my consent or knowledge. This place is full of crooks and the Manager Ryan is the biggest one of them all.

My husband and I have used them for all our furniture and electronic needs for 6 years! We have never been disappointed! They have always been very friendly. Especially Jason and Dallas. They have always been very compassionate and caring, worked with us when we needed it. Been very personable we have always gotten along. We always choose to go to them for items we need cause we can trust anything we get is clean, brand new condition.

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE in two words. The best employees ever. The delivery guys & others working alongside with Dallas is a game changer. I do hope that corporate appreciates Dallas & the store team. They certainly need to know that they hit the jackpot when they brought them on board. Moving forward, I will be recommending Buddy's Home Furnishing Lincolnton location to all my family & friends. I rate them a #10 for sure. I want to thank them for making my day...
