Staff is so so sweet. Just got a couch from there. Had a washer from them. They're awesome to work with. Just had central air go out. Everyone there bent over backwards to get me an a/c for my house. The kids and I are asthmatic. Delivery and everything was totally AWESOME!!!!!!!

They are just so KIND! Our family is crazy busy sometimes and they've always been so patient, kind, polite and works with us. There are times where we get a tad bit behind, but I can't thank them enough for always being so kind and helpful. Thank you for all yall do!!!! And for being so helpful every time.

I don't like who they decide to hire, I've had nothing but problems from the chain for the past 10 years. Maybe it's just my luck and I get people that are rude, but that would be more than coincidence. And I know it's not me, because I was habitually early with payments, and was always polite and mannerly. Even when I was insulting the last person I dealt with because I wanted to put a hold on one of my rentals and when I was going to resume my contract, I was informed that they lost it. I'm glad I backed up everything.

Don't like they now try to tell you what you can afford. Nor do I like the fact they first tell you they report to the credit agency, then you get told by someone else they don't. Then the initial person basically calls you a liar, saying they didn't say they did.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! Last Monday my boyfriend and I wenr in to get a couch, washer and dryer and 3 twin mattresses. We were told we would get a call within an hour to set up delivery. We never got a call. The next day I called. I was put on hold for 45 min then told that they weren't sure if the mattresses would be in on time and they would call me back the next day. Again no call. We called Friday to see what was going on and was told our stuff would be delivered on Saturday between 3 and 6. I called the next day to make sure everything was setup. Just to be told they had tried to call and couldn't get a hold of us. I confirmed they had the right numbers. Now my children have to sleep on the floor because we took their word they would be coming. Absolutely unacceptable. All we kept being told is Im sorry this whole situation was handled wrong.
