Great service in dropping off an Amazon return. Very helpful and quick Dropoff.
Wow. Amazon return customers, beware. I dropped into the RAC to return an Amazon package on 7/1/26 around 2:30pm. When I entered the store I spoke to both associates, neither of whom were on the phone, and neither of whom responded to my speaking. As I approached the counter with my box both associates picked up the phone to presumably call RAC customers. After waiting for approximately 2-3 minutes I asked one associate if I was in the right place. She notified me (with an attitude) that she is talking to an actual RAC customer and that she would “get to me” when she could. I told her I had not been in the store before and was just making sure I was in the right place. Once she was finished with her call (after about 5 minutes) she asked me if I had the barcode. I told her I sure do and held it up to scan. Apparently it didn’t scan the first time which caused frustration. In the meantime, the other associate made a comment about how it must be “inconvenient” for Amazon customers to have to wait to have their packages returned while RAC did “actual business.” When I told the associate I would be leaving a review she raised her voice and told me “I can do anything I wanted to do.” By this time I fired back in frustration. I will never step foot in this place again and I urge you to do so with caution. Apparently they are only interested in helping you if it’s RAC business and nothing more. This is a quick way to lose customers.
Paid for products then called to check they kept hanging up the call. Someone finally answered then says the system was down when I had a general question that didn’t require the system to answer and whoever was on the phone just hung up when I confirmed I could hear him just fine
My name is Georgia Lane. I have been a customer of Rent-A-Center for about seven years now it comes in handy when you don’t have a lot of money saved and you need big purchases every time that’s happened. I’ve only had to call and speak to one person Anthony Epps And he somehow makes it happen for me. As a single mother, it’s hard to prepare or to save for things that may happen so when they do happen, it takes a lot to figure it out, but every time that’s happened with me would it be TVs washing machines dryers anything I needed all I’ve had to do was call Mr. Anthony Epps And he’s found a way to make it work for me. Recently, my son does havoc work and he lost his job and got a new job and when he showed up his first day at work, he was supposed to have his own tools, which was some kind of gauge for measuring Freon everywhere he’s worked at before has provided this tool, but this company said he had to have his own so of course. The gauge was $800 or more and we couldn’t figure out how we were gonna get that so he could start work. I called Mr. Anthony and within five minutes. He had a solution for me and went above and beyond and made sure my son had the tool he needed for work and I couldn’t be more grateful to know that somebody has my back when I need something cause that’s very rare to find specially in customer service, I work in customer service so when you come across someone who goes above and beyond and out of their way, knowing they don’t have to to help accommodate somebody who’s been a customer for a long time, it means the world to them. I just wish everybody could learn from somebody like Mr. Anthony because he is an amazing service provider and cares about his customers. I’ve been a customer there for a long time so he knows that I’m pretty steady and do what I say, but I can always count on him to do what he says. It just makes me feel very hopeful for the future that if somebody like, Anthony can pass it on to somebody else that it could just help a lot more people get through some rough times that they didn’t think they could get through because they do have somebody to count on so I just want to take this time and review to thank Mr. Anthony Epps for everything he does for me and everybody else cause I know I can’t be the only customer he does this with and let him know that I am very grateful for the things he does and the thing he did for me and my son thank you very much and I will be a customer from them for the rest of my life !
Came to the store to submit a payment on furniture bill the store was locked. But they quick to call talking about a missed payment & want to charge a $5 dallor late fee! ☹️
Rent-A-Center in Knightdale is the absolute best customer service number one. They are very attentive to your request and needs! They listen to you and explain the complete process! Excellent store kudos for them all Anthony, Cindy the whole entire staff
Cindy at the Knightdale store was fantastic! She found exactly what I needed. Your Wilson location blew us off pretty much. But Cindy didn't skip a beat to help us in every way. I am beyond pleased. Thanks so very much.
