My name is Georgia Lane. I have been a customer of Rent-A-Center for about seven years now it comes in handy when you don’t have a lot of money saved and you need big purchases every time that’s happened. I’ve only had to call and speak to one person Anthony Epps And he somehow makes it happen for me. As a single mother, it’s hard to prepare or to save for things that may happen so when they do happen, it takes a lot to figure it out, but every time that’s happened with me would it be TVs washing machines dryers anything I needed all I’ve had to do was call Mr. Anthony Epps And he’s found a way to make it work for me. Recently, my son does havoc work and he lost his job and got a new job and when he showed up his first day at work, he was supposed to have his own tools, which was some kind of gauge for measuring Freon everywhere he’s worked at before has provided this tool, but this company said he had to have his own so of course. The gauge was $800 or more and we couldn’t figure out how we were gonna get that so he could start work. I called Mr. Anthony and within five minutes. He had a solution for me and went above and beyond and made sure my son had the tool he needed for work and I couldn’t be more grateful to know that somebody has my back when I need something cause that’s very rare to find specially in customer service, I work in customer service so when you come across someone who goes above and beyond and out of their way, knowing they don’t have to to help accommodate somebody who’s been a customer for a long time, it means the world to them. I just wish everybody could learn from somebody like Mr. Anthony because he is an amazing service provider and cares about his customers. I’ve been a customer there for a long time so he knows that I’m pretty steady and do what I say, but I can always count on him to do what he says. It just makes me feel very hopeful for the future that if somebody like, Anthony can pass it on to somebody else that it could just help a lot more people get through some rough times that they didn’t think they could get through because they do have somebody to count on so I just want to take this time and review to thank Mr. Anthony Epps for everything he does for me and everybody else cause I know I can’t be the only customer he does this with and let him know that I am very grateful for the things he does and the thing he did for me and my son thank you very much and I will be a customer from them for the rest of my life !

Came to the store to submit a payment on furniture bill the store was locked. But they quick to call talking about a missed payment & want to charge a $5 dallor late fee! ☹️

Rent-A-Center in Knightdale is the absolute best customer service number one. They are very attentive to your request and needs! They listen to you and explain the complete process! Excellent store kudos for them all Anthony, Cindy the whole entire staff
